My heart is shattered for you, Connecticut.

i feel like anything i post about Connecticut is just irrelevant, empty words because nothing anyone can ever say or grieve for those parents, siblings, friends and family of those children will EVER fill that empty space.

i want to say something, anything, but i have no words. i am usually a very, very positive person but this has made me feel so angry and depleted of all faith in humanity. i am also a firm believer in letting the universe work & that everything that happens is the best possible thing. but this. there is no explanation for this. this is ONE SICK PERSONS selfish, COWARDLY act that has left an enormous wound on our hearts. & this fucking coward has left these broken families with his horrendous mess.

i will send every ounce of positive, happy thoughts and energy that i can find in my heart, spirit and soul to those beautiful, beautiful people. Love everyone in your life, smile more often, express how you really feel for the people in your life, appreciate every little thing you have.

even though there is very little in our world right now, spread the love and be the light. I LOVE YOU ALL.

i feel like i’m in such a hoop rut lately. I can’t seem to find my flow anymore & i get super frusterated with myself when i get sloppy or drop it which i never used to do. I miss the passion & the healing feelings I felt when i danced. I’m not sure what’s wrong :(

CAN I JUST SAY

that being stoned is a really big task.

first you have to find a lighter which somehow always gets lost between when the bowl gets packed and who smoked it last.

then comes the munchies which you may or may not act upon. but if you do, you have to get your ass up & go get some food and then once you’ve already sat down you’ll realize you have cotton mouth & need something to drink. so then you have to get back up and get water and sometimes things just get really hectic.

maybe. maybe its just me…
